10 day Villa Nova Training Course
All Massage Therapists will be required to attend a Villa Nova 10 day training course with a focus on standards, professionalism and techniques unique to the Villa Nova experience. During this exciting 10 day course ,you will enhance your deep tissue massage techniques, incorporating your own personal massage skills with Villa Nova's advanced techniques. Incorporating your new found skills in deep tissue massage with specialized training in Villa Nova wraps which saturate the muscle fibers releasing tension and swelling from joints you will be able to ensure that your guests receive the ultimate personalized massage.
Also included in the exclusive 10 day course is instruction in Aroma Stone Therapy. Healing volcanic stones from Bali are anointed with aroma therapy oils, gently heated and then rhythmically massaged in to the body and placed on the body's key energy points or “chakras” to balance the spirit and body. This therapy offers the ultimate in pure indulgence for our guests in the Villa Nova Spa.

Duties: The spa manager is responsible for all spa operations and equipment, professional treatments, and supervising the spa team.
Requirements: European spa experience preferred. Experience with managing spa treatments and staff preferred. Day, evening and weekend hours required. This is a salaried position with a negotiable contract.
